Our experience with this realtor was extremely disappointing from the beginning. Communication was consistently poor, and we often had difficulty getting clear or timely answers. On numerous occasions, we felt misled because the information we were given was inconsistent with what later happened or what we later learned. After our home had been listed for 62 days, we decided to remove it from the market. We then asked him to remove photos of our home. Rather than addressing our concern and communicating with us professionally, he blocked me on Facebook. Selling a home requires trust, honesty, and dependable communication. Unfortunately, we did not feel that we received any of those things. I am sharing our experience so other homeowners can ask detailed questions, insist on getting important information in writing, and carefully consider whom they hire. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this realtor.

Nearing my graduation from Auburn University I accepted a job offer with a firm in Montgomery. I had been receiving calls and emails from Britt about the housing market for a few years. When I decided to move to be. Loser to my family, I contacted Britt to list my house. He was very knowledgeable about the area, and everything that goes with selling/buying houses. In 2012 I retired from the Mami-Dade County Aviation Department, after 30 years of service. We moved to Cape Coral, Florida for a slower pace and a home on the water.
